Simple high Protein Snack

350 Calories, 41g Carbs, 3g fat, 41g Protein


Simple, easy, delicious. You really can't beat that! This is a great, easy way to hit your protein goal/get your protein in! It can be a snack or a quick meal, lunch or breakfast anyone?!




Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek Yogurt

  • 32g Protein Powder, quest cinnamon crunch or protein powder of choice (can use any type or flavor!)

  • Water, just a bit

  • 40g Lucky Charms

Materials:

  • bowl

  • spoon


Steps:

  1. Negative weigh greek yogurt and put into a bowl (to negative weigh, open the greek yogurt and place it on the scale, zero out the scale (press zero or tare), then scoop the yogurt out. The negative weight is how much you've taken out).

  2. Mix in protein powder, stir.

  3. Add water to thin out the protein powder/greek yogurt. I would guess I use 1TB but start small and add from there.

  4. Top with Lucky Charms or cereal of choice

  5. ENJOY!
