My name is Kelly Mulder

I am passionate about health, fitness and helping others lead their best life. When our vegetarian family uncovered that we had Celiac's Disease I embarked on a nutrition journey, determined to fuel my family well for optimal performance in life. As a Precision Nutrition certified coach and endurance athlete I have learned how valuable protein intake is for muscle and cell repair, immune system health, and a whole host of other things!
